SKA Textiles is one of the UK's leading textile manufacturers. The family-run company is based in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire.

Founded in 1975 by Mr Khalid Pervaiz, SKA Textiles has grown steadily ever since and is today home to one of the largest colour matching and physical fabric testing laboratories in the UK, as well as some of the largest dye machines in Europe.

Having originally specialised in knitting and dyeing yarns for ladies' fashion wear, today the company's impressive array of materials are used by retailers such as Debenhams, Next, Arcadia Group, Marks & Spencer and Primark.

The success of SKA Textiles has been built largely by a forward looking management structure, and a philosophy dedicated to providing quality products and services tailored to customer needs, in a competitive and ever changing market.

Advanced Textiles Manufacturing

Investment into new machinery over the years, has allowed SKA Textiles to diversify into new markets. The high performance materials which the company is producing today, has earned SKA Textiles a reputation as an 'advanced textiles manufacturer'.

Production of a 'dye house' and additional knitting capabilities, has allowed the company to specialise in yarns and fibres suitable for upholstery; automotive seating; the fire services; the MOD, and the aerospace sector.
